The Southwest Harbor Public Library Has Partnered With Island Readers and Writers To Bring The Big Read To MDI.
Scheduled to run from January 22-February 21, 2010, the Big Read is a project of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with the Institute of Museum and Library Services and Arts Midwest designed to "restore reading to American Culture."
The Library will post details of all scheduled activities as we get closer to the Big Read. Meanwhile, here is a preview of coming attractions:
